RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to love your MIVÉE purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following requirements:
• Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
• All original packaging, including tags, jewelry box, and pouch, must be included.
• Items must not show any signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse.
• If purchased as a set, all pieces must be returned together.
• Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
HOW TO START A RETURN
To request a return or exchange, please email us at hello@miveejewelry.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Once your request has been approved, we will provide you with detailed return instructions and the return shipping address.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we shipped the wrong item.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as MIVÉE is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.
REFUNDS
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If your returned item does not meet our return requirements, we reserve the right to deny the refund and return the item to you.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at hello@miveejewelry.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
