SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

  • We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75.
  • For orders under $75, shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.

International Shipping

  • We currently DO NOT ship internationally.

Order Tracking

  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at  support@miveejewelry.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
